I'm Jen! Thanks so much for stopping by Barth Bakery! I'm a self-taught baker with dreams of following in my great-grandfather's footsteps and a passion for trying new recipes. My approach is simple: I read several recipes and combine elements of each to create something unique. I created this blog for fun out of my obsession with baking and as an easy way to share my recipes with my family and friends (though, my Baklava and iced tea-lemonade cookie recipes are two I'll take to the grave). My recipes are just that...straight to the point recipes without all the chatter or distractions like many other recipe blogs.
