3½ cups mini marshmallows
3½ cups crispy rice cereal
Directions

Place the chocolate chips, caramels, and butter in a medium saucepan and heat on medium until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.
Add the marshmallows and stir together until the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add the rice cereal and stir together until the cereal is evenly coated. Set the mixture aside to cool slightly for just a few minutes.
Spray a ⅓ cup measuring cup and your hands with nonstick cooking spray.
While the mixture is still warm, scoop the mixture by ⅓ cup scoops and roll each scoop into a ball. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and then flatten into discs using the back of the measuring cup. (Make sure you spray the back of the measuring cup with nonstick cooking spray.)
Let stand at room temperature until fully set, about 1 hour. Store any leftovers in an airtight container with a sheet of parchment paper between each layer to prevent sticking.
